Democratic Republic of Congo origin. LME-registered brand to be confirmed; brand and LME-registered status confirmed in the Proof of Product pack.

FOB Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (Incoterms 2020). Payment is released against the SGS results at the bonded warehouse; the Buyer assumes the warehouse lease and arranges onward shipment.
Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit at sight (UCP 600) or Standby Letter of Credit (ISP98), advised/confirmed through FNB Botswana. No advance payment, deposit or performance bond is required.
Independent SGS / Intertek inspection, pre-shipment at the load point and on arrival at Dar es Salaam. The SGS Certificate of Quality and Weight is the payment trigger; certificates are final and binding for the lift, save for fraud or manifest error.
Before binding terms are exchanged, the Buyer provides an ICPO on letterhead, certificate of incorporation, current trade licence, passport and board authority of the signatory, and full banking coordinates. AFC reciprocates with its corporate pack.
This is a soft, non-binding offer, valid for 7 business days from its date and subject to contract. Quantities, pricing basis and specification are as stated; final terms are fixed in the SPA. Issued Commercial in Confidence.
NDA (optional) and the Buyer's ICPO plus KYC pack are exchanged. AFC reciprocates with its corporate pack and early-stage Proof of Product.
Capability handshake: the Buyer's bank sends an authenticated MT799 to FNB Botswana, which responds bank-to-bank. No instrument is drafted and no logistics are committed until this is verified.
The Sale and Purchase Agreement is negotiated and executed (LME-linked price, Quotation Period, instrument wording, delivery window, document set). AFC issues a Proforma Invoice with the agreed draft instrument wording.
The Buyer lodges the LC application with its bank. The bank issues the operative DLC (MT700) or SBLC (MT760), advised or confirmed via FNB Botswana, drawable against the SGS certificate and warehouse receipt (no on-board B/L).
AFC transports the metal from the DRC refinery to the Dar es Salaam bonded warehouse, completing export clearance and bonded entry. SGS inspection is carried out pre-shipment and on arrival.
On compliant presentation of the SGS certificate, warehouse receipt, Certificate of Origin and invoice, payment is released under the LC. Title passes at the Dar es Salaam warehouse and the Buyer assumes the lease. The first 500 MT lift then scales to the monthly programme by addendum to the SPA.
