A Motswana executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience, Otto has held senior roles across banking, petroleum retail, operations, and commercial strategy. As Managing Director of one of Botswana's most respected recoveries businesses, he grew the collections portfolio by BWP 210 million and built scalable, KPI-driven operations serving major banking clients. His earlier career includes Head of Retail and Commercial at Petrohyper Botswana, Chief Operations Officer of OSEG Group, and formative years at Barclays Bank of Botswana.
Otto's mandate at AFC is disciplined execution: credible supply chains, documentary rigour, and delivery on every commitment the Group makes. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Botswana and is a long-standing mentor to youth entrepreneurs and SMEs.
