Tadzina D. Mannathoko is the founder and Director of Afri-Fuel-Consult (Pty) Ltd, incorporated in Botswana under registration number BW00003299246. He established AFC to operate as a principal-trading entity in the global refined petroleum market, with a particular focus on EN590 10ppm diesel and Jet A-1 aviation turbine fuel.
Mr. Mannathoko oversees the company's overall commercial strategy, counterparty relationships, trade structuring, and corporate governance. His approach to petroleum trading is grounded in market intelligence, documentary discipline, and jurisdiction-specific commercial positioning across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America.
Guntars Klavins Group Head of Trading and Origination
Guntars Klavins is AFC's primary interface with refineries and upstream supply sources across the Eastern European, and broader Eurasian supply corridor. Operating out of Europe, he is responsible for origin selection, FOB procurement, load port coordination, vessel nomination support, and all supply-side operations from refinery gate to bill of lading. His role ensures that every metric tonne AFC commits to selling has a credible, documented, and executable supply chain behind it before a commercial offer is made to any buyer. Guntars oversees Afri Fuel's logistics and operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability in our supply chain. His expertise in project management and adherence to compliance standards allows us to navigate the complexities of petroleum distribution with confidence.
Bright MI'Zanga Global Operations Director
Bright Ml'Zanga leads AFC's commercial outreach to buyers across the globe, with a particular focus on developing and maintaining relationships with government entities, state trading companies, large-volume commercial buyers, and strategic counterparties across Africa, Europe, Asia, and South America. British-Congolese by background, Bright brings both deep African market understanding and international commercial fluency to AFC's buyer-facing operations. His mandate is straightforward: identify serious, creditworthy buyers, understand their supply requirements, and connect them to AFC's execution capability.
